8. Employee Conduct & Deployment

  • All security guards and cleaning staff remain employees or assigned personnel of the company.
  • Clients are not permitted to directly alter employment conditions of deployed staff.
  • Any complaints regarding staff must be reported to management.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business, security, and operational information. This includes client premises, internal procedures, and personal data.

10. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice as specified in the contract.
  • Immediate termination may occur in cases of breach of agreement, misconduct, or non-payment.
  • Upon termination, all dues must be settled promptly.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure in service due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest
  • Government restrictions
  • Technical failures or emergencies
